I have been trying to accept a best offer sent to me yesterday. But though I went back and forth trying a different browser and logging in and out, could not see the best offer accept button at all.
Anyway was getting frustrated
, then rang Ebay and they said its a glitch on the site and they are getting it fixed, will get an email then.
Got 25 hours left so hopefully it will be fixed before then.
Heads up to anyone else with the same problem - its not just you!

We had the same problem, but managed to work around it
If you click the review offer button and it gives you the screen with the offer showing in a box on the left, and the summary info on the right, just click the offer box and it takes you to the correct screen.
Hope it works for you. We had three offers and managed to accept two and counter offer on the third. While the counter offer was waiting a response, someone else bought the item, which I didn't think could happen so maybe another glitch ?You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -

I phoned ebay and they said there is a glitch they are aware of but if you go to the offer page and click somewhere in the box where the name of the person offering is you get a page up that allows you to accept or counter offer .I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
