Really don't know how long i can cope with all this
I'm having a real down day today, been sending token payments to creditors since Dec along with letters (written by Payplan) explaining the situation and our income & expenditure. I totally accept that we owe the money and we took the credit in the first place, I'm just fed up with all the letters either ignoring the fact…

Can You Get Creditors To Meet You Half Way?
Unfortunately I have had a business collapse over the last couple of months and left me with £27,000 worth of debt. Two of the debts are hire lease agreements that I have given a personal guarantee to repay. One of the leases has an amount repayable of £2,000 with the other at £7,000. I have explained the situation to both…

Unclear about benefits of paying off personal loan
Hi, The general advice here seems to be to pay off the most expensive debt. However I'd hate to lose my ISA allowance for 08/09. If I pay off the loan, I'd only have £200-300 left + overdraft. I don't think there's an option for me to pay half the loan first - I think it's all or nothing. Any ideas?

Had my post deleted - why?
I've had my post on the "Seriously Flu**ed" thread deleted. Given that it wasn't abusive, it didn't advertise anything, and the OPer thanked me for it, I don't know why it's gone. Would the mod who deleted it please explain to me why?

Your 'rules' for handling money smoothly - need ideas!
Had some great, lovely and friendly advice recently so I hope you don't mind me asking another question! Anyways... My question is a general one. I asked a while back how people organise themselves with bills and whatnot, and had some great answers. What I wanted to ask now is, what 'rules' do you stick to and abide by…

Anyone had any luck doing F&F with Moorcroft?
As the title says, I am looking for some advice about dealing with Moorcroft, particularly F&F advice. I have done a search on here and 99% of the posts seem to be slating them and their tactics. Can I call them to discuss F&F settlement, or is this to be done by letter only? Will they even entertain the idea? Not really…
