Unclear about benefits of paying off personal loan

Hi,
The general advice here seems to be to pay off the most expensive debt.
However I'd hate to lose my ISA allowance for 08/09. If I pay off the loan, I'd only have £200-300 left + overdraft. I don't think there's an option for me to pay half the loan first - I think it's all or nothing.
Any ideas?
