Letter from "Red Debt Collection Services" - I'm convinced it's not mine!
Hi all, First post, be gentle :) I received a letter last week from a company called Red Debt Collection Services stating they were collecting on a debt of £200 to HSBC. There were just two problems with this: 1) Although the letter had my name and address on it, the middle initial was wrong. Fiddly, I know, but I thought…

Pay off £20,000 (ish) by Xmas 2008
Does anyone want to join me in a “Pay off/save £20,000(ish) by Xmas 2008” challenge (for me, otherwise known as the “stop faffing around” challenge). The DFW "Celebrate Christmas for free in 2008" Challenge
How does celebrating christmas at no personal cost to yourself sound? Too good to be true? Dfw Mot.
Just followed Martin's advice to use Council MOT centres for the 2nd year running & again, it passed with no work necessary. Cost - £40. Not bad for a 9 year old Escort diesel. Also had a DFW Dentist appointment this morning, ie, "Nothing wrong, see you in 6 months." Now, if it comes in threes, what's next?

I'm currently paying £60 per month in interest alone for this overdraft so the balance isn't going anywhere. I want to write to Natwest and ask them to freeze the…
