How long before I claim.....?

Quick question guys....
I ordered a pc game online a month ago (thru Quidco of course!) and it said it was dispatched a day later (29th Oct)...... one calendar month later and still no sign of the game...... have emailed the company 4 times and recieved the standard 'thank u for ur email, we are very busy at this time of year' nonsense, and tried to call a few times too (i'll be beaten with a fish if I'm gonna sit on hold for ever at xxp per minute).
I paid on my (0%) CC, so how much longer should I leave it before I make a claim from the CC company? And how do I do that?

I would enquire about how you claim from the credit card company and then perhaps email the game company saying you will be taking steps to recover the money as you have received nothing. also state you will be reporting them to trading standards as they have failed to provide the service you paid for. May provoke a response at least.CCCS DMP:Feb 07
