It IS St Andrews Day today if the mods want to put MSE Braveheart up on the screen, i know he was here 10 days ago briefly, but thought he'd come back today.

Morning Maz, Morning Everyone!!
Very little happening here but we are going out for christmas lunch! with work a little early I know, but it's the only time we can fit it in this year as we are really busy in the run up to christmas. Still it does mean it's a NSD as work pick's up the tab!!!DEBT FREE 23/FEB/07 TWO YEAR's!! £2 £1020.00 Banked New total £268+ and counting SAVINGS 3000.00- ISA £30. :j0 -
Doodledo: Poor DD, hope she feels better soon.
Jet: a christmas lunch sounds lovely. Just the right way to kick of december... (well ok, end of November!)
I must list some stuff on Ebay tonight.... I have some stuff that would be good for christmas presents so should get them on while i have time......... Whatever i make will go to offset the actual cost of the DS Lite i bought for Erins xmas last night. Couldn't find one anywhere, all sold out, in the end found one in Simply Be of all places, £150  with Bratz game. I took it purely because i really don't know where else i'll get one and the situation is only going to get worse. No cashback, no points or anything. Possibly the least MSE and expensive way ever. But I'm not having it on credit, i paid £150 in on my Electron to cover it straight away and resisted the urge to add it to my account. (which was at £0)
Bless her, she wrote her letter to Santa last night and all she asked for was a DS Lite and a scoop the poop Barbie (y'know the dog walker/sitter Barbie!?) Her needs are simple really so would be a disaster if she didn't get at least those two things. Nowt else mind you at that price!!
Must be more motivated and sell things on Ebay tonight to offset!!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

Good Morning
I am well this morning despite the dull and damp day outside.
I would like to let all money savers know that you can get up to 50 free digital prints at foto.com (and more - read on).
I decided to do my own Christmas Cards this year and did a Google search on free digital prints. Foto.com was one of the web sites that came up. The first 25 were free and the next 25 were free. I only paid for the postage. Should you order 26 prints, you are charged 6 pence for that one print. Having run out of prints I sent away another order last night and printed off some other prints that were stored on my computer. There are also free prints on bigger sizes too and you can go back to foto.com as often as you like. There is no limit to the number of orders you place, the prints are still free. My sister took a family photograph of myself, husband and two boys and I thought it would be nice to send a copy to everyone on craft cards which I bought from Woolworths.com. Fifty cards for £5.99. Are there cheaper out there?

Morning everyone,
I've got both daughters home from school today, occasional day or something, honestly these kids never seem to be in school. I'm sure we didn't have all of these random days off when I was a kid.
Well, I'm still on ebay, 2 things have bids :T I just hope the big stuff goes so I can relax a bit moneywise. Good news too, after my moaning about quidco yesterday my £100 prudential has finally been received, only took out the policy in June
Bad news, my office trial has run out and I can't get it to accept another one, I've been rolling these trials for about a year so I didn't have to buy it. I use excel all of the time, in fact I use all of the office things on a constant basis, I just don't want to pay for it, not this month anyway. I'm trying so hard to not spend anything at the moment other than essentials.
Other than that, not much going on here today.:A

Morning all. I'm feeeeeeeling gooooood!
BF and I will have been together for 2 years on Monday so he's taking me away for the weekend. :j Unfortunately, I'm skint but I intend to make the best of it. He's booked a lovely apartment for us in Edinburgh and we're just going to take it easy. Bliss!
Not sure how well I'll cope without MSE though!:rotfl:Reality check - hit rock bottom on 15 Dec 2008 with unsecured debts of £29,136 and not enough money to live on
:j NOW DEBT FREE!!!! :jI try to take life one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once
