Can I Withdraw A Credit From A Credit Card For Free?
I received a refund to my credit card. I had nil balance so my balance is now a credit of £250. Will there be a fee for withdrawing a credit from a cashpoint? I know there'd be a fee if I was not in credit and withdrew cash.

I loaned the money in September and paid the £2600 off his card in February. Could anyone help and advise if the interest amount is correct. I have…

Interest rate hike rejection rules
Hi, If a CC provider increases your rate, I am aware that you can choose to cancel the account, and continue to pay balance at existing rate. Does this mean that the account would show as being defaulted on your credit file, even if you maintained at least minimum payments. ?

Should I close some accounts before applying for a new one?
I currently have four credit cards and a store card, but I need to open a new card for a large purchase (£1700). I have a Barclaycard that I've had for about 5 years and has been cleared for about 4 years and not used since. This has the smallest limit. I have a Halifax card that is also clear but it does have a larger…

Pre approved for card but decision referred.
I completed a soft search and it said I was pre approved for a new credit card. I applied and they made an offer of what the APR would be and if I wanted to proceed to sign and click submit. I then got a message we can't make a decision now, this seems odd as I was pre approved. Maybe it's because I applied late on a…

Capital One CC - block refused
Hi, back in 2015 (5/12/15) I contacted Capital One via their online message system about a block being placed on my account, so I can only pay off the balance owed and not get myself into further debt. This block was refused. When I first opened my account, the credit limit was £200. This was then later increased to £800,…

Marbles Card
Applied for a Marbles card last night and was successful at the representative APR - which is good for me! Does anyone have a Marbles card from when they relaunched in 2015 and how long did it take to arrive? What was your initial credit limit? Also, the card is referred to by Newday as 'near prime' - is this the new term…
