Money Transfer vs Spending
So i started a thread a few weeks back on what way to finance my new Macbook. I was wondering wether i should do a finance at 14.9% or take out a balance transfer card (wrongly thinking this was a Money transfer card) So now i am wondering what the point in a money transfer card would be over a spending card. If they are…

Following the MSE guide and preapply forms here I checked out if I could get the required amount from Sainsbury's with a 90%…

Credit card limits
Can anybody confirm my assumption on credit card limits over multiple cards. I have 4 cards - Barclaycard, Virginmoney, Tesco & Halifax. I am assuming that when a limit is decided, the issuer takes other cards into consideration? ie. the Halifax is my most recent card with only £1500 limit, presumably because the…

Hi all. This is my first post to the forum, it's been great reading all the useful posts in the past, but for once I need to ask for some advice. How long does credit card protection last??
Hi, I pre-ordered a product in 2015! It still hasn't been delivered. I asked for a refund, the supplier said "15 days" and then when the refund hadn't arrived "90 days". I'm assuming now that they're basically bankrupt or otherwise failing, but haven't yet filed. So, as it's been so long, will I still be able to get…
