Cancel 123 and go back to MBNA Amex?
My annual payment on my Santander 123 is just about to come to an end so I've just been doing some maths. I have an old MBNA Amex card which offers 1% cashback anywhere (where Amex is accepted!), so I was looking at the amount of cashback over 1% that Santander brings me. Last year it was just about £24 so worth keeping as…

To shred or not to shred?
I'm disposing of a mountain of statements for closed credit card and bank accounts. Is there any need to shred them or can I just put them in the recycling? I presume the account numbers of closed accounts would be of no use to identity thieves?

Should I use credit card to pay for Dutch Centerparcs holiday
Hi there, I have booked a holiday at one of the Dutch Centerparcs (priced in Euros). At the moment I have only paid the deposit - which I did using my credit card. I have over time built up a stooze pot of around £5000 whilst my credit rating stayed steady; however clearscore and exqualifx have shown a huge drop recently.
