Just as it says really.
Got my Barclaycard last month.Opted into to the free experian service, received an email the following day saying it was avaliable, but when I try to view it keep getting a message about a technical fault. This has been for 3 weeks now. Barclaycard can't shed any light.

You are lucky getting as far as you did.
A lot of us got the reply that Experian could not verify us from the data supplied (presumably) by Barclaycard so they wanted original documents sent to them - my reaction was to let them whistle - I get the free Noddle report every month.0 -
Noddle and Clearscore are more than adequate and are updated monthly.
You have to wait 60 days with Barclaycard. It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0 -
And its only a meaningless score, so its not exactly essential.....0

I would have gone for the meaningless 9990

Definitely 999. Makes me feel all warm, fuzzy and superior.0

Well, Barclaycard can't tell me when I will be able to access it, but they have credited my account with £30 on account of the inconvinience. I only wanted to access it out of curiosity so I am pretty happy with the outcome of complaint0

I'm guessing there was only one programmer who knows how to set up the B2B link between Barclaycard and Experian.
And they made him redundant.0 -

I would prefer the 666 one, in hope that it wold give any credit score checker the willies in not approving my loan.:DThe more I live, the more I learn.
The more I learn, the more I grow.
The more I grow, the more I see.
The more I see, the more I know.
The more I know, the more I see,
How little I know.!!0
