Barclaycard - Anyone else not able to access their free experian credit score

I've been trying to view my report since November and get the same error.

I get emails every few weeks telling me that my report is ready for me to view, so I Go to Barclaycards website and try to logon only to get the error again. Fed up with contacting Barclaycard about it only to be told they are aware of the problem and are attempting to fix it. Latest email received a few days ago. Suffice to say I still can't view my report.

A relative tried this on her Barclaycard account over a month ago, just for the sake of it. She got the message that the score would be available to view 'in a few days' then nothing.
On the website in the 'view Experian credit score section'; the mark remains on the second circle and never progresses. (If you are familiar with the process you will understand what I mean).
