CCJ set aside
Hi I have lived in Enfield and stayed at the same address for around 10years and recently received a ccj. I was about to move to Hertfordshire and begun changing my car/licence details but that fell through. I have always been registered on the electoral roll in Enfield and would have informed my debtors when I had moved…

Balance transfer husbands card.
Have just got the Santander 0% c/c and want to transfer my husbands balance off his c/c. They weren't able to do this with it being in his name. What is the best way to go about this? Could I transfer the £1000 onto my c/c that has no balance and then get Santander to transfer to that card?

Aqua claiming interest even though balance paid off in full
Hello. My husband has an Aqua credit card. On Thursday morning he paid the total balance on his statement in full, using faster payments. I have a balance on an MBNA card which is attracting no promotional rate at the moment. My husband can apply for the MBNA card with the low transfer fee and 0% rate. Is there anything that would stop us moving money and benefiting from this rate even though it's MBNA to MBNA?

HELP NEEDED! Is applying for 2 credit cards helpful or damaging to credit rating?
I recently got laser eye surgery and planned to pay this off with credit cards only to avoid interest as Optical Express only offer 10 months interest free. (and 11% on £4000 is no small amount!)
