Snowball tells me to pay off 0% first - is this right?
I have a card with a balance on that is 0% interest for 15 months. When I use the snowball calculator, the one that allows you to put in an initial promotional rate it tells me still to pay of the 0% interest first, is this correct? I thought that I was supposed to pay the highest interest rate first.

Unauthorised payment taken - BuyMobilePhones
Hi, I'm new here and so I'm not sure if this is in the correct forum. Basically, BuyMobilePhones.net took money from my credit card when I had not authorised them to do so. I cancelled an order with them, then they tried to process the order again and take payment for the phone again - after the order was cancelled. Full…

Aargh! Presumably nothing I can do? (Section 75)
Long story short. I purchased a Sony laptop for roughly £400 from Laskeys in 2011, paying by Tesco credit card. It was repaired by Sony under guarantee. Unfortunately, I sent the receipt with it when it was collected!:( (Sony gave me the impression, over the phone, I had to include it, have since said they never ask for it…

M&S Credit Card - M&S Bank vs HSBC
M&S website states as follows: A new M&S Credit Card account cannot be opened if you have held a credit card with M&S Bank within the previous 12 months. I held an M&S credit card until October 2012 and I'm fairly certain that until that time it was underwritten by HSBC. Therefore I'm wondering if I'm now eligible to apply…

Euro cash on Tesco credit card
Hi, I just bought euros on my Tesco credit card (from Tesco online) only because it said I can for free basically. It said I won't be charged any cash advance fees etc and literature says it will go against my cash limit, but will be charged at purchase interest rates... Does that mean that I don't need to pay my bill…

Chargeback for entire cost..?
Hi there, I have unfortunately dealt with another dodgy company recently and need some advice re: claiming back. Should I close my Credit Card?
Hi, I have a few months left on my 0% deal on my Credit card. I will be paying it off before the 0% deal ends but I am wondering if I should close the card? Barclaycard rewards - doubling?
I was looking at the Barclaycard rewards you can get with your points the other day and saw that the BHS gift cards were half the cost compared to all other stores, meaning for my welcome bonus I could have got £60 oat BHS instead of £30 at anywhere else. I double and tripled check it because it seemed odd. It has now…
