Hi,
I just bought euros on my Tesco credit card (from Tesco online) only because it said I can for free basically.
It said I won't be charged any cash advance fees etc and literature says it will go against my cash limit, but will be charged at purchase interest rates...
Does that mean that I don't need to pay my bill untill next statement? Ie does everything else like with purchases apply? Anyones knows?
Thanks

In their Glossary of terms they define Cash advances as "when you use your credit card at an ATM or in a bank to take out cash from your credit card account".
And it obviously was neither a BT, nor a Money Transfer.

So, I don't see any reasons for your transaction not to be treated like a purchase.

Well, I also understand it that it will be purchase, but just wanted someone else to cnfirm that my understanding is right...
    Because I am buying cash...
If you take cashback on credit card (if they let you) it is also a cash and usually is treated like a cash...

If you get cashback from a till (as in £50 tacked onto the weekly shop or something) then it will be treated the same as the rest of the shopping generally, as in a purchase.

However, they won't let you do this with a credit card normally, I've only ever heard of Wilkinson's permitting this.
