Hi all
I would like to know what perks people have experienced from your CC provider to keep the card & not go to elsesquare....
similar to when your ring BT before your offer ends and they say 'don't leave us we'll give you another 6 month half price etc.

The most common one recently seems to be from Barclaycard who have offered people £50 not to cancel. Didn't offer it to me when I cancelled last year though - it was actually the most straightforward cancellation talk I've ever had!0

I've never heard of a CC company extending the 0% period for a card that already has a balance.
It's common practice to be offered a further 0% period for new BTs.Whilst my posts do not constitute financial advice, I am always, without fail, 100% right!

I called to cancel my Barclaycard last week and was offered 6 month 0% on purchases, which I gladly accepted. Received confirmation in the post today
