I have been told that Credit card agreements must comply with the Consumer Credit Act 1974. If your agreement with the provider does not comply, then the outstanding balance could be 'written off' as is classed as unenforceable. Could I?
For example pay off a Vanquis card with an Aqua card and then pay off the Aqua card. Like you can pay off the remaining balance with a debit card each month. Or can you only do that via DD and debit cards?
