For example pay off a Vanquis card with an Aqua card and then pay off the Aqua card.
Like you can pay off the remaining balance with a debit card each month.
Or can you only do that via DD and debit cards?

You can arrange to transfer a balance to another credit card (this normally attracts a BT fee of 2-3% of the funds shifted), but you cannot pay a Vanquis bill with another credit card, such as Aqua. Credit card providers will only accept debit card payments, cash or cheques.
Most credit card companies now provide online services and some take payment over the phone, but those that offer these facilities will only accept payment with your debit card.People who don't know their rights, don't actually have those rights.0
