Hi Who's ultimately responsible when a win is late ? The publisher (Newspaper/Magazine) or the prize provider? I guess the publisher doesn't want to rock the boat as they get said money for publishing and the prize provider has already had all the glory, so what do they care.

Question about house mortgage competitions?
I'm curious rather than being in this situation (I don't even own or rent a house!) but these 'we will pay your mortgage for a year' competitions, if you had a mortgage on a second prosperity that you owned but didn't live in, would that still count?

My best...a cheque for £1700! My worst...I won a £25 voucher to spend at a certain Christmas site and ordered a little Christmas cottage that lit up.
