'Win' but have to pay delivery
I've just won something on twitter and been sent over a code to redeem my prize however this doesn't cover the £4.99 shipping cost. Is there anything I can do about this? Are there any ASA guidelines or whatever that explicitly says that you can't be charged for a win?
