Comping related injuries ..

I seem to have incurred repetitive strain injury in my wrist from navigating all those websites as fast as I can possibly can, and manically typing in my details for the millionth time!
I also have eye strain from squinting at the laptop.
Comping is my most favourite hobby .. but it has come at a cost! :rotfl:
Anyone else got any comping related injuries?!

I think I'm prob well on the way to a RSI. I try to change my position so that I'm not holding my wrist in the same pose, but it doesn't last long.
Also every time I close my eyes I see that flipping Vimto bouncing car - does that count as an injury
Blu XI am brave, I am bruised
I am who I'm meant to be
I'm not scared to be seen
I make no apology
THIS IS ME!

make sure you use roboform to fill most of the forms in for you that should help! also maybe get a different kind of mouse, one of those with a ball, and keep swapping them over, so your wrist is making different movements not the same one.sYou're not your * could have not of * Debt not dept *0
