How many shares/ tweets a day is too many?

HIya all, im hearing people are getting barred from facebook and twitter for x amount of days as they are sharing and tweeting too much. Just wondering what constitutes too many?? At the moment im doing about 10-15 a day on each, but dont want to be barred. Just wondering if anyone who has been barred knows the answer to this. I so put other stuff on it now, ie random personal tweets so it doesnt look like i just use it for comps.

My guess is it varies, if they are new accounts without many friends/followers the limits are much lower than they are for established accounts with a good number of F/F.
Same as when you join FB and try to add loads of friends quickly you end up getting warned/blocked but later on you can add far more without the hint of a warning.

i was banned for 30days. i had no idea why at the time. it was a saturdaym morning and was my second fb comp of the day. i got a captcha, then a text message with a code to enter to verify i was a real person. obviously i did them but then got a horrible message saying i had done something offensive. i only learnt from other mse'ers why it happened. it also happened to my swim, they opened another account with a different email addy n phonenumber, just do less l&s now

I've been in jail but never been banned on twitter.
