Housing benefit after WTC stopped
Hello, Could anyone tell me, if my WTC has been stopped due to an overpayment which they have said im nil, and reduced the CTC also, , can I now claim housing and Council tax benefit, and get help with those bills instead. Thanks

Advice Please
A friend has just received a letter saying her housing benefit is being suspended. Her ex partner moved out on the 29th August but he is claiming benefits and says he is living at her address.
