A friend has just received a letter saying her housing benefit is being suspended. Her ex partner moved out on the 29th August but he is claiming benefits and says he is living at her address. She has tried to contact them but they say they can't talk about it due to data protection. What can she do?

if they wont talk to her about her housing then i would suggest she writes to them asap outlining the situation,giving the date he moved out etc0
