New ESA/IVB points system

I saw on the news this morning that you have to score a minimum of 15 points for the new IVB/ESA system.
Does anyone have a link to show how these points work like the other system?

thanks for these replies.
I am not in either of these areas, so the new rules will not apply.
I have just had a form regarding the renewal of my incapacitiy benefit and I wondered if there were points systems when filling it in so that they decided who got medicals etc. It says on the form you MAY need to go for a medical.
I am hoping I will not as I find it stressful and sometimes cannot get out of the house if I have a really bad day.
I am worried about saying that however, because if they get one of their fraud investigators to film me and I am haveing a good day I could be done for benefit fraud.0 -
Hmm, interesting, I scored 52 points, yet wasn't even allowed to put in a claim for IB/ESA, got forced onto JSA >.<0

52 points? Was that you assessing your own answers by any chance? If so then obviously the department will take their own conclusion over yours.Hmm, interesting, I scored 52 points, yet wasn't even allowed to put in a claim for IB/ESA, got forced onto JSA >.<
And no-one can stop you making a claim for IB or ESA. They may disallow a claim though if you arent entitled or should have claimed another benefit (This usually means claiming ESA when it should be an IB linking claim).0 -

Someone called up on my behalf (with me sat there - I lip read) to make the claim and they refused to allow me to claim for anything other than JSA even after explaining.
And yes that was by myself, but I also got other people to do it about me, and they came up with pretty similar answers - and none of us were being generous.0 -
Well, they're not allowed to refuse to take a claim for any benfit, they should simply refuse the claim after assessing it.Someone called up on my behalf (with me sat there - I lip read) to make the claim and they refused to allow me to claim for anything other than JSA even after explaining.

If they did refuse to take a claim then they shouldnt have done.
And your friends and you, no matter how 'honest' are always going to come up with a figure that is far too high, I assessed myself one time and came up with a pass mark too. I've been employed for ten straight years now.0
