I was made BR 28th August I had OR interview a few weeks after that and was told I would have an IPA and NT code.I have received the forms from OR stating that I will be paying them £100 pm starting in December.The NT code hasnt been applied to my monthly salary yet and I havent heard a thing fron tax office about it…

My day in court tomorrow.
Big day is tomorrow. In court at 1130. Having a real panic at the moment as I've lost the check list the CCCS gave to me for items I need on the day! All I can remember in 3 copies of my insolvency forms that I completed online, and of course the court fees. Can anyone help me out?

Have telephone interview with OR tomorrow at 2pm. Will they tell me if I will be having an IPA and nil tax code then? Will remember the golden rule ' Don't waffle ' !! Dreading it though!

Credit file clean up
I sent the credit file clean up letter out to all my creditors on 8th September 2009. Only one has bothered to reply to say they have informed the credit reference agencies to amend the info. But no information to date from any of my creditors has been updated. How long does it usually take to sort this out?
