Yes most charge extra for power.
Entertainment and linen will usually be added but you can have these removed.
The charges are all listed in the paper and online. Haven type sites can make the cost significantly more e.g. Over £100 with power and entertainment for 4 people, but some smaller/independent sites may do free entertainment or power so you will need to read through.
For recommendations, your best bet is to look on tripadvisor etc as it's too general a question to ask here to be honest! Think about where you want to go, what you want to do and perhaps then ask questions about specific parks.0 -
Most Park Resort sites have power included, you need to pay extras for upgrades or entertainment packs & even bedding on some dates, on others its free!0

Step 3: Holidays from £9.50 can be taken on selected dates between March 3 and May 26 or September 8 and November 28, 2014. Holidays from £15 can be taken on selected dates between May 30 and September 5, 2014. Some parks also offer Holidays from £9.50 during February half-term.

I've not done one of these before so please excuse the stupid questions....
I assume I would have to buy The Sun? How many?
I would only be interested in a couple of the locations this year - how/when would I be able to find out prices for August? (BEFORE I buy the papers?)0
