FlexAccount holders with 07-01-16 can also use 07-44-56 sort code.
Just tried to send £1 to my Flex using that sort code and it was there instantly :)

I'm sure I checked the same webpage the other day and the "Last updated" date was around last week - so Nationwide have finally got round to taking some action on FP! Can't wait for it to be fully functioning.

Sorry to be dim but do you mean that one can quote a sort code of 07 44 56 (when the debit card says 07 01 16) together with the account number and the funds will be processed by FP?

    Basically, Yes.

However, I'd guess that enabling 07-01-16 isn't far off.

i cant understand teh logic to have 2 sort codes but if they default to 1 code within their banking system?

I believe that 07-01-16 was given to debit card customers, whilst 07-44-56 was given to cash card customers. Perhaps an easy way of differentiating between the two accounts?

Newer FlexAccounts have the sort code 07-02-46.

What if you don't have either of those sort codes? Can you still do faster payments?
