    Morning everyone,

Beef casserole went down well last night despite not having enough suet for dumplings - not that I would have had one anyway you understand

    Today's food:
B - 2 x wm ww toast, morello cherry conserve
L - wm roll with tuna mayo cucumber, tbsp coleslaw, apple
D - pasta with lo gammon, peas, sweetcorn and small amount cheese sauce
S - tin of mandarins, slice of hm lemon loaf cake
    E - 2 mile dogwalk/schoolrun, 1 mile walk to friends house for a cuppa ;)

I have also just finished cleaning the bathroom, shower room and cloakroom - absolutely hate it with a passion, but I swish and wipe during the week to make the weekly 'deep clean' less painful ;)

    Have a good day everyone

Apologies I have also been absent and I haven't had chance to catch up, both work and home is hectic.

I am happy to report a 1lb loss :jI have had both mine and my daughters birthday in January so there was a lot of cake ... whilst I know it is virtually impossible to hit my target I don't want to reduce it.

My holiday is 16 weeks away and I am determined to be 2 sizes smaller - which means I really need to get my bottom in gear. I have also signed up for the Race for Life in July (a 10k).

My other motivation should be trying for baby number 2 towards the end of the year ... I'd ideally like to be a size 14 ish.

Hope everyone else has done well on their losses and I will try and have a proper catch up as soon as I can.

hmm still not lost anything on the scales, BUT had to pull my belt in one notch tighter!! going to dig out measuring tape and record the inches.

im blaming my work pattern. and sometimes im soooooo busy in work that i dont have time to/forget to drink enough so end up retaining a lot. off for a few days now so hopefully a few days of normality will show a weight loss.

but clothes definately looser even with a bit of water belly so thats good!!

    Hi everyone,

Last night we had Mexican, although I ordered chicken fillet burger, which was griddled chicken with some herbs on in a seeded bun. I only ate half as DS2 who is 9 and ordered a kids meal, was still hungry (he is growing bless him). We shared nachos for a starter and I had lots of the salad garnish - red cabbage mmmmm!

    Today's food:

B - eat natural bar - run out of time and had to get to Co$tco first thing
L - wm roll, ham, cucumber, tbsp coleslaw, bag of baked crisps from A!di
D - casserole beef in stilton and port sauce (small amount of stilton/small glass of port/half pint of stock, 450g beef, onion, carrot) between 5 of us. Will serve with plain rice.
E - does pushing a huge trolley laden with scout camp food round Costco count?:o

Nippy here today. Have a good day all.

Admission - on clearing out the kitchen cupboards yesterday I found a big bag of tortilla chips and 2 jars of dips, one sour cream & chive, one mild salsa which were bought at Christmas but didn't get used. Thought the salsa one would be less damaging so opened and tried it but it nearly blew my head off - definitely not mild:eek:. Then tried the s/cream & chive, it was very yummy...after about 20 chips with the dip I had to force myself to stop. They're now in a bag to give to neighbour's DD :o

B - spicy fruity porridge, sk milk
D - sc beef stew with pearl barley, lentils, mung beans, butter beans (no potato, rice etc)
T - will be soup from above plus crackerbread, 1 x with vegemite, 1 x rf cheese and pickle
S - melon plus last of the fruit bowl - tiny satsuma, 5 grapes and a bruised apple, so a shopping trip is on the cards
E - usual plus general housework
