Made a genuine complaint to Rimmel cosmetics, they asked for the product back and sent me two products in return.
So, my faith in Rimmel has been restored and I honestly think companies like honest feedback as it gives them chance to investigate the problem. :)Thanks to all posters for your never ending help and support:beer:0 -

Usually only go into Waitrose for my free coffee, heard a rumor they might start charging soon. So had a look at what they had cheap on the net. Seen the had frozen meatball £3.59 or 5 for £7.
Went in, at the checkout they came up at £17.95 told them to keep them.
Sent them email telling them and they said it was an online offer but the till should have reduced it.
Asked why it did not say online only offer on there website. Lied and told them how embarrassed I was telling them to keep them.
So they sent me a £10 gift card.GONE ENGLAND0
