Hi all, am new here but have been writing to companies and getting freebies for years!
Just emailed sainsburys today with a complaint about some cat food and have had £10 added to my nectar card as a good will gesture! Love it

Thanks LJP2017 you reminded me I have a complaint with my local Sainsburys for discontinuing Just Milk without informing Just Milk who still have them listed as a stockist...

Received my Elemis samples today: three 3ml sachets and a 2ml vial.

Heard back from Dr Organic who said they're not sending out samples (overwhelmed) but I can ask in Holland and Barrett as they have samples to try.

I've just e-mailed Mr Kipling and I tried e-mailing Clearasil through a form on their website but the e-mail bounced back. Does anyone have a direct e-mail address I can write to?

The contact us page form worked fine for me on Mr Kipling and clearasil don't have a form on there website all its says is Contact Us

Managed to redeem the Just Milk vouchers at a Sainsburys and two A2 Milk vouchers arrived in the post today

I had a complaint about comfysoft toilet roll (made by accrol, sold in B&M). It was basically cut all jaggedy and not put together properly so unusable. Complained, told to send in at my own expense, they said they did not receive it. Were really quite rude and cocky. Result: out of pocket.

You should email them your proof of postage.

Hey guys!

I'm new to this and had a quick question.

When you guys are complimenting do you ask for samples or vouchers or do find there is more success if you don't ask?

So far I have emailed:

Doritos - Just a thank you
Colgate - A thank you and "we do not send out money off coupons, trial sizes or samples of products in the UK".
L'oreal- A thank you and "I am sorry that we do not have any sample stock to send to you"
Prince- No response yet
Rimmel - No response yet

If anyone has any tips on how to word the email's i would love to hear them as i don't think i've been very good at it.
