LameWolf I do hope that glass is now empty and you are thoroughly hydrated.
It's full, actually. :D Don't worry, I emptied it twice yesterday, and now it's back beside me on the coffee table (I'm using the laptop today) ready for today's drinks - Wolfy's Hydration Station. :rotfl:
What kind of thing are people doing for their MAD half hour? I can't decide whether to tackle my 'to ebay drawer' or go to town on the weeds in the patio... I guess I will let the weather decide!
Have both as MAD options, and do the outdoor one when the weather allows. :o
My MAD at present is to get on with my online Dog Training Course.;)

I'm (hopefully) a little better than I was last week, so will attempt some following of the Lists.

Afternoon everyone. I'm just nipping on quickly in my lunch hour otherwise it will be evening before I get to it.
Thank you ladies for the lists, this week and last week. I'm as best I can. It's a bit of a re-jig week this week, as job 2 is at a school which has different holidays to DD's school. It shoulld mean though that I actually get some flying time towards the end of the week, but don't get your hopes up!

I have my bottle of water here in front of me, thank you for the reminders. I'm not too bad at work, it's at home where I fall behind. Conscious effort this week to do better.

Have a good afternoon all. Catch you later.

Just taken me twenty minutes to log on the laptop - I don't have a smart phone, and I think this lappy is past it's best, but heyho, I'm on now. :)
Before we left on Saturday, I found my charger cable chewed thru by the pup. Luckily it wasn't BFs charger as he has a habit of leaving plugs switched on.

Back from my race yesterday, very pleased with my time. 13 Minutes faster than last year, and I felt alot fitter so really happy.
A little sore today, so going to skip flying today (apart from the dailies) will crack on tomorrow.

:eek::eek: Pup needs to learn that's a no-no. Does he have chew-toys of his own he can be encouraged to use?

Today's list is DONE - Mr LW nodded off at the pc yet again  so I put him to finishing off what hadn't been done of the lounge, and I spent a MAD HOUR on my online course. :T

Yep, he has toys, chews, those toys you can put treats in to keep them busy.
He always zones in on things he's not allowed, like headphones & socks. He knows he's being naughty and he likes it. Whenever we think everything is out of his way he finds something new.
We came home to find he's chewed the radiator cap (the tempature thingy) in his bedroom, hes always got chews and toys in his room.

    Quite a productive day here.

Washing done, dried outside and now airing.
Bedroom, living room and bathroom tidy.
Living room dusted, stairs, living room and kitchen vacuumed.

Lots of sorting, tidying and paperwork done in kitchen, it is getting there. All the old bits of veg found in the fridge have been cooked up with some lentils into a tasty soup that should keep me going for a few days.

    Working late tomorrow but don't start until 10.30 so will get a few more things done in the kitchen tomorrow morning. And I WILL KEEP OTHER ROOMS TIDY;

    Progressing.

    Positive vibes to all. xx
