Thank you folks - your support is greatly appreciated
Unfortunately no lie in for me Robin, I was up at 4.30. Dog woke me up and as I get up at 5 anyway not worth going back.
Used my Boots Advantage card points today to buy a hair drier and 2 hairbrushes. No cash or card has been used today so I can declare NSD 2/8. Today is also alcohol free day 1/12. Meeting some old school friends for lunch tomorrow, arranged through Facebook. Should be a laugh, we've got a lot of catching up to do. I got another £20 in vouchers from work - they're given out as rewards for work well done. All greatly appreciated.Christmas Savings 2024 £252.38/£600 April NSD:2 April Surveys £0 -

Had a fab lunch with my friends and the plan is to do it again in the not too distant future. It's so nice to chat about things other than work or illness.
Mr SA has been swimming today with his carer and enjoyed himself, he said he felt almost normal. So we've both had a good day today
My only concern with Mr SA and the gym/swim is that he's talking about going on his own on the bus on Friday when his carer is off. I'm not comfortable with this, he still needs supervision. But I can't stop him when I'm at work.
Not sure if my scales at home are right - Mr SA weighed himself and he was 17st 2 (OMG!!!). He then got back on them and he was 2lb heavier!!! No wonder nothing's happening with my weight loss!Christmas Savings 2024 £252.38/£600 April NSD:2 April Surveys £0
