8/20 AFDs today. It was a good job I didn't drink last night, as I had to go with mum to hospital last night. It wasn't an angina attack, but sister and I suspect it was an anxiety attack. She got herself worked up over feeling unwell (overheated? constipated? not enough to eat because she felt bloated?). Home at 4.30am, slept until 10am then worked from 11 til 4.15.
I think these episodes will increase, so it's even more important to maintain as many AFDs as possible. Saturday will be my day off the wagon. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -

Good to see you back!:) Are you just going for a month's abstinence to prove you can or giving up for a reason? Apologies, just nosey.:o
AF planned here. Why do I find it so easy on weekdays and sooooo difficult at weekends? All in the mind I know.
DH has remembered about anniversary, just slipped into conversation this morning that we should do something special tomorrow. Day out in London planned so soak up a bit of culture, have a walk, have a meal. Most important, spend the day together.:)
6 AFDs please Shaggy.0 -
Satchmo, can you have a sort of standby rota with your sister so that both of you can have a couple of nights a week when you know the other one will be the one to go in an emergency, or have you already had that discussion, hence Saturday?
12/31 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.0
