Its going to be a busy year for me.
DD gets married October 2016 and I have been given the job of
    1. Making the cake eek
    2. Making all the bouquets and button holes.
    3. Making all the table decorations.
All flowers are being made out of paper and the centre pieces are going to be folded books with paper teapots and cups as its a mad hatters tea party.

I have also decided to do them a cross stitch from HAED non weddingy. Its of 2 cats.
Not sure I will be sane by October lol.

Good luck. You clearly relish a challenge

    Hi all

Just posted a response on the old thread saying how good an idea for a new thread and then read further on and there it was already set up - doh!!

    Anyway my aims are:

    WIP
    1. To finish my 'One Day'
    2. To finish Lillie for my mum

    Stash to use up
Oh my goodness where to start. I will have a look over the holidays and look out a couple of smaller projects to do.

    challenges
yep I am up for this as again it should help use up my stash. Maybe the first one should be for valentines as that gives us a few weeks????

Wishing one and all a very Merry Christmas and see you soon.

Thank you for the new thread, I'm defiantly in as my stash is huge so no excuse at all to buy anything new as I've loads to choose from

    My wips (from memory)
    Celtic lady
A Christmas kit featuring angels I bought already started.
A small card with Santa on

    Challenges
A Welsh word and heart cushion by leap year day
    Something for Dh on Valentine's

I'm happy to consider any other challenges, themes or ideas other may have with a view to building a stash of completed stuff as gifts for next Christmas

    Happy Christmas all.

I need to actually post on this thread - I was useless at posting on the old one.

I've not done a lot of cross stitching in 2015 so I want to get back into it next year.

    WIP
    - Rats
    - England map

    Stash
    - All DMC threads
    - A variety of Aida in different colours
    - Quite a few (ahem - a lot :o) kits and charts!!

    Must do better!! :rotfl:

Happy Christmas everyone! DH ventured into Hobbycraft and got me a crafting bag and a crochet hook case. That's a far as my presents got in terms of crafting. Got three scented candles plus some lovely smellies - I love getting nice smellies - showing my age lol!

Hope you've all had a great day and looking forward to a productive 2016

Just popping in to the cafe to wish everyone a very Happy Christmas.

Thank you for our new home. Loving everyone's lists for 2016. I think my list had better start with my Christmas 2015 cushion :o.

Didn't receive any crafty pressies but I did treat myself to a new lamp which will help with stitching when I get my stuff back out.

Oh I nearly forgot to give you one of these Matron :hello:
