    Hi, not a bad day today I am feeling much better now , hope it keeps up.

    My menu plan for Monday will be..

    Breakfast.. porridge A/B mixed berries.

    Lunch..home made veg lentil and bacon soup Bread 6 syns

    Dinner ham salad egg, beetroot, light salad cream 2 syns Melon

    Extra 2 crispbread 5 syns inc butter. F f yoghurt. Jelly O.5 syns

    Afternoon all!


    Happy to note that my official weigh in last week was -3lb from the week before :O
    now the weekend has been syn-ful however I also walked a tonne (think it was something like 8 miles on Saturday with littlie on an adventure! I didn't make her walk all that obviously!)


    Yesterday was much better :)


    Today:
    breakfast: 2 Weetabix (heb) with milk from hea. strawberries
    lunch: got homemade leek and potato soup (free) followed by raspberries and strawberries with a free muller light
    mid afternoon: 2 finger kitkat (5.5 syn) 250ml pepsi max (free)
    tea: plan is to feed the other two then do my exercise dvd for the first time in a couple of weeks - I'll eat afterwards; probably an omelette with mushroom and tomatoes


    drinks: 2x tea (milk from hea) water NAS squash

    Have decided to do SW myself again . . can someone pls confirm if it's 250ml of semi milk as a HE pls?

    Is sweet potato free or only normal?

    Yes it's 250ml as one of the options of HEA.

    Sweet potato is free but neither sweet or normal are considered speed x
