Time is running out for those who have yet to send the email at #44

It is clear from the response we are getting from EE that they are rattled (I think Ofcom are too, as when I first asked them about this they responded quickly to confirm that there was no Material detriment, when I followed up and asked them if they had reviewed all of the contract terms - well over a week and still no response (I have chased)!

Don't let EE get away with this blatant attempt to give itself even more power to increase your contract price:

    DON'T DELAY
    CANCEL TODAY

Another update to help you find your way around

Email 1 - Original cancellation request is at post #44
All Orange and T-Mobile clauses are at post #57
EEs response to email 1 is at post #65
Email 2 - response to EE is at post #68
EE response to email 2 is at #73 OR #98
Email 3 - response to EE is at post #110 or #111 for post #73
Email 3 - response to EE is at post #116 for post #98
A CISAS guide to read BEFORE sending ANY of the CISAS templates #266
CISAS Template #267 and #269 for POST 30th October contract holders for Orange, T-Mobile, and EE
CISAS Template #383 for T-Mobile PRE 30th October 2012 contract holders
CISAS Template #385 for ORANGE PRE 30th October 2012 contract holders

And now post #402 if you want to "force" a deadlock notice from EE - only to be used when you have an email saying that EE will no longer communicate with you.

Today is the LAST DAY for some of you to send the email; at #44.

Remember win or lose it costs you NOTHING, but you have to be in it to win it, and if your not in it then enjoy your price rise which will be imposed on May 9th!!!!

Btw CISAS have accepted my application and have given EE until the 19th to respond back with their defense. Still I have a gut feeling that this will ultimately go to the small claims court as EE are bound to do some tacit deal with CISAS in the background!

I am still to hear from CISAS! I had completed the online application on the 28th. Is this normal??

So would I be right in thinking that while I have a complaint in saying I do not want this change running and they put the price up would that help the case with an argument along the lines of "see - you put my monthly price up - that's MD"?

I've sent the email in post #44 3 times with the latest a week ago today, I've still heard nothing! Are they hoping I'm going to give up? Because I wont.

Based on my experience, and other peoples postings it looks like CISAS wait 5 working days after your application to allow you to send in any supporting documents. After this they will send your application to EE.

Dils47, you should get an email confirmation it's been sent later today, and Mr Uddin yours should be tomorrow.

Playing devils advocate here a little, maybe RandomCurve can advise better...

You asked for your penalty free cancellation, which you need to give at least 14 days notice for. Do you have a read receipt for the email?

If they don't respond within 14 days are they deemed to have accepted the cancellation in the same way we only have 1 month to reject changes to the contract?
