Somehow, I think we're not getting the full story here.
Anyway, Ryanair are attempting to be "MoneySaving" - exchanging a half eaten sandwich for a muffin is hardly moneysaving!From Poland...with love.

Thought I'd say that having spoken to the man involved, he sounded like a very polite man and not one who would be abusive, in his defence.
He also wants to continue to fly Ryanair and was very complimentary about the staff, other than this one stewardess.
And having eaten a Ryanair (and easyjet) sandwich, myself, I can see his point.0 -
