It certainly won't do you any favours, especially posts such as this:TBH i didnt even read the terms and conditions so i cant have agreed to anything but i did check to see if they had the statutory notice, thats all
Its all far too late for this dude and no offence but when you confused some companies terms for the soga i really think i can't trust you handing out advice on this let alone telling me who is right or wrongGone ... or have I?0 -
Yeah it dosent look good , would love to be a fly on the wall on that day in court :rotfl:0

To show that you didn't follow court procedure and send them a letter before action?"Love you Dave Brooker! x"

If you get laughed out of court, don't be too surprised.
Ello dave see you still haven't answered my questions in that post, but cant really see how that affects the case at all, it no criminal offence to be thick, lazy or rushed.click here to achieve nothing!0 -
You have also accused them of sending you a "semi-threatening letter"0

again how does me considering some thing "threatening" help their case at all.click here to achieve nothing!0 -
Well, threatening is a very strong word with overtones of harassment, but the spoken word, and the written word are two different things.Choose your words more carefully, but that is going to be the least of your problems.
I wonder why you didn't post this letter here then? Were they "threatening" you,or advising you? They might have been protecting you from yourself..0 -

Are you admitting to being thick and lazy?
How will that help with the court??"Love you Dave Brooker! x"
