Is anybody able to comment on this guitar? I am looking for an electric guitar for my 13 year old daughter. She is a beginner on electric guitar, but plays some other stringed instruments well so is fairly musical.
    TIA
  • There are lots of other guitars in there as well, from £17.01 plus VAT !!!

Well that is my son sorted this Christmas.

He is 12 and has already asked for an Electric guitar but I was unwilling to go for an expensive one.

My 6 year old daughter has also asked for a Violin and there is a 1/2 size one on Ebuyer for less than £25.00 inc vat.

The 2 together with supersaver postage came to under £82.00.

Oh my. I have now started my Christmas shopping. Heeeelllllpppppp.

Thanks lisaleea for this. Both of these together worked out cheaper than the cheapest Electric guitar I have seen in Tesco.com

Now I just need to find a keyboard for my 10 year old and they will be happy. Me I will need earplugs.

It would be good for a beginner. It's not that good an amp, but that means she can't play loudly!

But if she only has small hands she might struggle.

My son is nine and has a very similar one and he copes fine with it. Has definately encouraged him to keep on playing. As for the amp i think the smaller the better! :T (until a few more lessons anyway!)
  • Yea this is good value for a kids present.
Ebuyer can be unreliable so always check stock availability for added reasurance.
Theres a guy at my local car boot who sells these for £95!

I have ordered one, so hope daughter likes it.
Found the same one on ebay at a buy it now prices of £69.99 plus £12 p&p. So this worked out £23 cheaper with vat and postage.

on the violin, can't you move the chin rest and re-arrange the strings?

I've not played for a good long time now... I'm so scared of breaking my violin, it's probably close (or over) a century old now...
