Been negged!

I am so cross! I bought a gold belt but when it arrived it was very cheap and shoddy, with staples showing holdingit together at the back, so I left a neutral with this feedback:
Cheap and shoddy item, visible staples, disappointing, but quick delivery.
and have got a neg with this back:
this ebayer is a timewaster please avoid
I'm cross cos I am NOt a timewatser! I paid immediately but the item was very shoddy and i felt I owed it to other buyers to tell them. I deliberately didn;t leave a neg as the seller had sent it quickly and I didn;t want to neg them.
Can I do anything? I don;t seem to be able to leave a reply to the neg like I've seen on other people's feedback.

So there is, thank you. WHat should I say?? I paid up, was a good buyer, but the item really was very poor quality and I felt other buyers should know. I am not a timewaster, I have 163 positive feedbacks, and previously had a 100 per cent score. DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

I gotta say, the first step in the event of dissatisfaction should be to contact the seller, not start throwing neutrals around. My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -

its happened now though, this would have been offered as advise to the op when leaving neg or nuetral before feedback has been left wouldnt it?...work permit granted!0 -

How would that have helped though? I didn;t feel I should ask for a refund, as it was as described as far as the description went, just wanted to comment honestly on the transaction. It's hardly fair to call me a timewaster. :j

Well, if you won't even give the seller the opportunity to resolve the situation to your satisfaction, you're not really the perfect buyer.
Would you have preferred it if they had negged you for non-communication, rather than unfairly, for timewasting? My TV is broken!

Why not just neutral me back? What good would contacting them have been? I don't particularly care about a refund, there is no other possible resolution, so I just commented honestly on the transaction, which they have not done as I didn;t waste their time. They could have neutralled me and said I didn;t get in touch, but that's really as far as I feel they should go. :j

They were probably angry you didnt give them a chance to resolve things first..skintchick wrote: »Why not just neutral me back?I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -

How would they resolve it though?
And they haven;t said it's because of that.
Anyway - how do I move on from here? Contact them now? Or reply? And if reply then any suggestions on wording?
I was thinking:
Paid immediately so not timewaster. Seller negged neutral, honest feedback.:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j
