I know it wasnt difficult and she used to buy the cheapo gin out of the liddl0 -
EGG FLIP
this is as good as advocatt for snowballs mmm
Ingredients
4 eggs
4tsp caster sugar
4tbs brandy
1pt milk
whole nutmeg
Method
seperate the eggs then beat the sugar and the egg yolks together. Add the brandy and stir. Heat the milk and pour it over the egg and brandy mix. Whisk the egg whites until stiff and fold into the milk, egg and brandy.
bottle this and keep in fridge for about a week
add lemonade to about an eggcupful in a half pint glass and youve got a snowball0 -

1 400g can evaporated milk
1 400g can condensed milk
1 tsp instant coffee
½ tsp vanilla extract
put everything together in a blender for 1 minute. Bottle and store in the fridge for about a month0 -
