or preferably use the MSE referral link to rpoints to get a discount (in the blue bar at the top of this page) so not only the buyer but MSE benefits as well. Yes but see the other Dell thread as you can get a 'slower' machine (but still a perfect email/internet workhouse if that's all you do) for £303 inc. a 17" flatscreen monitor. This has a 15" but the machine itself is better for gaming and 'hard work' such as video editing etc.

There's also an extremely good buy listed there of a Dimension 5000 with a 19" monitor for £469 which is ace :T

Received the following e-value code this morning

    MMMUK4 - D04302b

Reduced the warranty down to collect and return, and had just the basic package, but it's still a pretty good spec. I know the double memory offer has finished, but you can get 512mb of 400mhz DDR ram from Aria.co.uk for £26 or so.

Not sure if it's Dell's best ever offer, but it's a Hyper Threading P4, with 17" TFT for £363.07 delivered. Pretty damn good (I will be adding a DVD/RW myself as I can get them much cheaper than Dell adds them)

Anyone else think this is a good deal?
