Monday March 5th

Hi, this is the Daily Thread for Mon 5th march. This is an “over the garden fence” type thread where we chat about everything OS and maybe a little bit more. It’s a great, inspiring and motivating thread we start each day to discuss what we’re going to do today or what we’ve achieved already. Everyone’s welcome, please do come in, put your feet up (although check the fence hasn’t just been painted first!) and join us for an OS natter. The more the merrier!

When you make a post, if you feel like giving it a title, that will help others that don’t have the time to read everything skim through the thread quickly but if not it's not a problem, we’re a laid back bunch here so you won’t hear any complaints. Please do not start a new daily thread before you go to bed at night because this often leaves things confusing with two daily threads live at the same time. The idea is that a member would start each new daily thread after they get up in the morning

Some people who chat here like to try to answer everyone. Don’t feel you have to though, a general “hi everyone, hope everyone’s well” type start does just as well.

Morning all, cant believe nobodys started the thread yet! if I've cross posted please can someone stick us together!:T

Off to take DS1 to catch his bus.Not sure if Dh going to work yet as he's got phlebitis at the moment!

Day off for me!:j

(((Hugs))) to those in need esp moggins xx

Take care all and I'll be back later xx

Do what you love :happyhear

Packing loads of ebay stuff this afternoon with my DD's 'help' LOL.

Off to Grandad's for tea. A nice day.

Hope you all have a nice day.

    Donna

Update - car smashed into me on the way home from nursery!!!! Why is it when you think you are going to have a nice day, something always goes wrong!

Morning Taplady :hello: And all of you who'll probably post while I'm typing this :rotfl:

Moggins  I don't know what to say...... icon_hug.gif

I'm worn out before the day has started - master tru didn't come home last night, we've been ringing his mobile since 3.30am. We KNEW he'd just fallen asleep at a mate's house but we didn't actually KNOW, if you see what I mean  Finally got hold of him at 6.40am and guess what - he'd fallen asleep at his mate's house  He was actually on his way home when he finally answered.

KIDS - if you haven't had any yet, then don't :D

    Morning everyone!!

Back at work. The weather was horrible when I came in with really heavy rain and strong winds, but it's looking a bit better now
Got a long day, as I've got some late appointments - extra cash:T
Also got my PDR today, which I'm not looking forward to in the slightest

Kick boxing tonight, which I can't wait for. Did a roast yesterday, so dinner will be the left overs.

    Hope everyone's ok

    Morning everyone

Well I managed to survive (just) dinner at mother-in-law's on Saturday. Was awake yesterday morning from 2:30 with horrendous upset stomach......maybe she tried to poison me

After dinner we went to hospital to visit father-in-law and there he was sitting ready to leave. So we had a wasted trip  . The reason he didn't phone to let us know he was getting out was "I just didn't think"!

Yesterday done very little as I felt very weak and still don't feel 100% this morning.

Off to work though and will see how I get on. At the moment can't think as far ahead as this evening.

    Bye for now.

Morning everyone! Have a lot to do around the house today, after a weekend spent mainly in the garden. I need to iron, ice a cake made yesterday (chocolate and walnut, from an idea on here) and do a general tidy, dust and hoover.

Scuzz - the kick-boxing sounds great fun. There are lots of *faces* I'd like to kick atm!

Taplady - hope DH is better soon. Phlebitis sounds nasty  Off to Google it.............

Skystar - what was on the menu?

Crazychick - I'm checking my PMs later and will be in touch.

Have a great day, Penny. x
