That's my thought exactly...it just goes to show that all the principles on here work:money: :money: :money: I intend to pay all debt off as quick as possible and to then tackle overpayments on my mortgage ...I was hoping to pay all unsecured off by march 2008 and was wondering if it was possible..that's why I went through my figures to see what I was going to be saving in a year just off what I normally spend::p :p:p
    I was shocked I can tell you...I thought it may have been about £4000 saving...so am well chuffed:j :j :j :j

Well done, I've been working on similar changes and on things I have managed to live without, food buying changes (with help from Old Style board) and reductions on bills (like you threatened to leave and they work out a better 'deal') You've also inspired me to do a total at some point :)
One day I might be more organised...........

What an excellent thread Taxi- well done you! You've inspired me to work out my own but not yet... my insurances all come up for renewal in April and my gym tie-in period also ends in April so I'm planning to make changes to all of them. But the tiniest of changes- i.e. doing the Pigback weekly quizzes for 40p a week and Quidco free click throughs- all help.
