Washing soda in the stainless steel one really moves it - just soak overnight

  • Hi, Im sure this is probably in the wrong but wondered if anybody knew if i could restore a pan that i boiled dry tonight? It is stainless steel and the bottom is now rather dis-coloured due to my cooking skills, or lack of them:o

You could try boiling some tinned tomatoes in it or white vinegar if you can stand the smell! I regularly boil potatoes dry (and burnt potatoes stink in themselves):o
