I didn't see that. I did see that most things (from a bluetooth headset to a microwave oven) are assessed as weighing 2kg for which the shipping charge is £7.82 plus VAT and you need to be at home to receive delivery. Anyway you have to register to check final postage and I wasn't going to do that.

a good site but look out stuff is returns so some bits missing sometime
from the box happend to me a couple of times still waiting for them to get back to me

Hi I ordered 5 items from these on wed with free delivery and it turned up today brilliant, all items are excellent no bits missing and looks like they are in original packaging well impressed hope others got some bargains.

I ordered some stuff from this website and it arrived yesterday. Very quick delivery (next day) but 2 items were broken, and 1 item was incomplete.
I was a bit cheesed off to be honest, I expected the items to be returns, but sorted returns which were new or as good as new. I sent an email to their customer service and I have to say that aftersales is fantastic. She ended up refunding the whole order so I am well chuffed getting a cross cut shredder and a paper trimmer for nothing. I was not going to use this company again after recieving damaged goods, but after my experience with the customer service and the assurance it shouldnt happen again I will definately shop there again.
Below is a copy of the email sent to me.

Dear John,

The items are checked but I have a couple of new people here this month
who's item's can't be getting checked properly.
I have been over to them every day this week with problems and am sure
that thing's will now improve considerably.
The nature of what we do here is sometimes difficult to convey to new
staff as a lot of items require common sense and a sense of pride in the
work produced.
The items should be as good as new if not brand new otherwise they
should not send them over for the website.

Our electrical items are pat tested and checked by a qualified
electrician, whose standards are very high, but the less complicated
item's are tested by general staff.
We warranty every item for 12 months and so I hope that at least our
after sales service will keep customer confidence.

I will resolve all your problems asap by refunding the whole order and
sincerely hope you will give us another try in the near future.
