Ad looks fine to me. No idea if price is in right range or not.0

Nicely done inside, but can you have the front photo re-taken without the car?
IMHO the main problem is the lack of information - no room sizes, no layout plan, in other words the stuff that people need is missing; is your EA prepared to enlarge on this very basic information and make it easily available on Rightmove? If not, prospective purchasers have to request full details - in our experience, even if you ask for this to be emailed, it can take a couple of days: many won't bother to ask.0 -
that was my only thought th front without the car... and no details of rooms izes etc... its always interesting to know what size the bedroom are for example.0

Is that the EA's car?0

:rotfl: do people really not buy houses because there is a car in the photograph? When I buy next year I am going to specifically look at houses with car pictures in the brochure as I'll get a good price due to lack of other interest:)0

I thought the front window was cracked and mended with tape until I realized it was the car reflection. Maybe I just see too much of that sort of thing where I live.
Photos 7 and 8 aren't much use, pretty much just a photo of some drawers and the corner of a room. When I see photos like this I wonder if the rooms are so small that the agent can't get a decent picture.
The rest of the photos are good and seem to do the rooms justice.
The description is very basic and as already mentioned there isn't anything on sizing and layout.
What does "CH/PART DG" mean?0 -

Nobody's saying they won't buy it because of the car, but if you're going to have a front photo of the house, LET'S SEE THE HOUSE, not any extraneous clutter in front of it.
So comments about removing the car also apply to removing wheelie bins, recycling bins, etc....0 -
..but back to the pictures;
Is it possible to remove the baby gate for the photos, then put it back?
Kitchen worktops way too cluttered for my liking - is it a ceramic heater at far left? Could you take everything bar the microwave out of shot, take photo, then put them back?
Dining - again, can you remove the baby gate? There's 'something' on one of the dining chairs, the dining chairs are squint, and the door is ajar over the RHS. I would clear the chair, move the table to the right, set it in the centre of the wall, set the chairs so that they're not facing the wall, and close the door so we can see the whole of that wall.
Can you get a wider picture of the room with the cot? All it shows is the cot and your chests of drawers. OK, the next shot shows the other half of the room, but couldn't you clear the pictures, wicker basket etc from the side of the chest, take the hanging things away, and tidy the top of the chests....? Then try and get it all in one shot?
I can't make out the various pictures, or the collection of what appears to be photos in the cot room, but you may want to clear some of these away. Let the viewers imagine their own pictures rather than being distracted by yours.
Try the bathroom photo without the mats on the floor, the waste bin, and with the shower curtain tied back, and the shower gels etc removed from the rim of the bath?0
