forums gone a bit odd

Just clicked on new posts and had a page of crypt messages and it would'nt reopen so i closed it and reopend again and had file download money.savingforum and save?? it's also keeps saying page can not be displayed.

When I click the bookmark it asks me what I want to do with the html file

I have managed to get on via mozilla firefox with no problems0 -
