We're about to start reviewing our detailed guide to
Cashback Sites (also see the Cashback Maximiser tool). While the amount they payout is important, so is the payout reliability - do you actually get your money?
[title=http://images2.moneysavingexpert.com/images/dp/wtd_underline.gif]wtd_icon.gifRegular users please answer the poll[/title]

Therefore we'd like those who use the sites on a reasonably regular basis to help feedback a poll on payout reliability and enter a discussion on any other issues surrounding the sites.
This thread is to discuss
FREEFIVERS FEEDBACK
Please vote in the poll above and give your feedback in the discussion thread.
[title=http://images2.moneysavingexpert.com/images/dp/wtd_underline.gif]wtd_icon.gifImportant - this is only about the last year[/title]
While in the past there were substantial problems with cashback sites, the big players have made attempts to improve reliability over the last year.
Therefore its important the feedback sticks to current performance, not issues that happened more than a year ago.

There are also threads on the following other cashback sites

I stopped using them after making 2 purchases via them (at the same time & from the same website) yet only received cashback of £35 for one purchase. The other purchase should have given me another £70 cashback but despite repeated contact requests I never received anything from them. I know they've changed the way they deal with support requests now but I don't think I could ever trust them to do the honourable thing ao I'm giving them a big thumbs down ! :naughty:
Started the new centuary £18,000 in debt : July 2008 we're now DEBT FREE (apart from the mortgage!) :j
2011 Update: Taken a car on finance - first serious credit commitment in a long time but as were more financially secure than in the past it was a calculated risk - 4 years and counting ! :)
  • After purchasing car insurance through them in Sept 2008, did expect £35 cashback or at least a log of my email asking them about tracking missing transaction.

To date, I've neither seen the £35 nor any response from the company behing them - Existem Ltd.

I wonder where the money goes...?

In my experience, avoid Freefivers - and use others like Topcashback.
