It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

Do you ever stop to question how we will get asset prices crashing AND hyper-inflation at the same time.
Moneyweek - specialists in telling the gullible what they want to hear.
Still there are always enough people stupid enough to listen to "The end is nigh" and want to have their own warped views re-inforced (and pay a subcription of course!)

Ignore them as you wish..even i think they are way out but if you do not take time to read articles that go against what you agree with you will end up like many on here who denied the house price crash weeks before it happened.. Most have disappeared with their user names changed due to their shortsightedness. It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
